Emmaus Announces Jim & Katie Leyland Will Serve as Capital Campaign Chairs

On December 4th, Lorraine Wagner, Executive Director of the Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh Foundation, announced that Jim & Katie Leyland will serve as chairs of the upcoming “A Lasting Legacy” capital campaign.  According to Lorraine Wagner, Executive Director of the Emmaus Community Foundation, “Mr. Leyland managed the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1986 to 1996 and took our home team to the National League Championship Series for three straight seasons.  In 2012, he managed the Detroit Tigers all the way to the World Series.  We’re very lucky to have the Leylands on our team and look forward to working with them to further the mission of Emmaus!”
