“The Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2014. In May, they did so with the help of key community members and elected officials at the Emmaus Kentucky Derby Gala & 25th Anniversary Celebration.
“More than 250 people gathered in the ballroom of the Pittsburgh Fairmont on May 3rd to join in commemorating Emmaus’s 25 years of offering homes and services for people with intellectual disabilities and autism. The program opened with a proclamation from the offices of State Representatives Jake Wheatley and Dan Miller congratulating Emmaus on its anniversary.”
