*New Full-time DSPs will receive a bonus of $500 at 3 months of employment, $500 at 6 months, and $1,000 at 12 months. New part-time DSPs will receive a bonus of $200 at 3 months of employment, $200 at 6 months, and $600 at 12 months. Former Emmaus DSPs are eligible for a hiring bonus if they have not been employed with Emmaus for at least one year. A new DSP who moves from part-time to full-time will remain on the part-time bonus schedule. A DSP who moves from full-time to part-time will void their bonus.

Benefits include: Healthcare (90% employer paid for employee, 85% for all other tiers), dental & vision (100% employer paid for family), paid time off – 4 weeks (20 days), short-term and long-term disability, $25,000 life insurance policy, retirement plan, & tuition reimbursement program (after 1 year full-time), Double Time for most holidays, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support employee mental health.
